Effective Sep. 8, 01 there will be a buyers premium of 5% added to all phone or E-mail sales totaling $100.00 or less, for sales totaling $101.00-$500.00 a 3% premium will be added, sales totaling $501.00-$1000.00 will have a 2% premium) buyers added. Sales over $1000.00 will not be subjected to a premium. No phone or E-mail bids will be accepted for less than $10.00 per item. When leaving a phone or E-mail bid, please consider the Buyers Premium.
TERMS: Cash or checks with positive I.D. on personal checks. No property to be removed until settled for. All announcements day of sale take precedence over all printed material.
